The Opportunity As a Technical Lead within EY’s Tax Technology Solution Team, you will play a strategic role in driving the overall digital roadmap of our tax software solutions. You’ll lead cross-functional teams, defi ne technical architecture, and collaborate with multidisciplinary stakeholders to help clients (both internal and external) in modernising data platforms, accelerate innovation, and enable end-to-end digital transformation. Key Responsibilities

Lead the architectural design of enterprise-grade digital solutions using modern frameworks and cloud platforms Defi ne architecture standards, solution blueprints, and technical roadmaps aligned with business objectives Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable and maintainable solution designs Provide technical leadership across the software development lifecycle, ensuring adoption of architecture best practices and governance, overseeing DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and code quality initiatives Design integration strategies, APIs, and cloud-native architectures to support complex business ecosystems Act as a key technical advisor, supporting digital strategy and transformation journey for our business and our clients

 Contribute to talent development and technical capability building within EY’s Tax Technology Core Backend (mandatory): .NET Core / .NET 8+/ASP.NET Frontend: React, Angular, Next.js, TypeScript Cloud: Azure (mandatory), AWS, GCP DevSecOps: CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), GitOps To Qualify, You Must Have  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related fi eld  8+ years of software development experience with strong hands-on expertise in .NET Core / .NET 8+ development  3+ years of experience in solution architecture and leading technical teams  Proven experience in designing and delivering enterprise-scale applications and cloud-native solutions  Experience in leading enterprise digital transformation or platform modernization projects  Strong communication and stakeholder management skills  Familiarity with data integration, API design, and cloud-native architecture What We Look For A tech-savvy leader with a passion for building impactful solutions for our Tax practice, mentoring talent, and delivering value through digital innovation.
