Role Purpose

The purpose of the role is to support process delivery by ensuring daily performance of the Production Specialists, resolve technical escalations and develop technical capability within the Production Specialists.     ͏

7+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing software solutions. At least 2 years of experience leading technical teams or projects. Demonstrated expertise in delivering AI-driven or GenAI-based solutions. Knowledge of cloud services (Azure, GCP, AWS) Core Technologies : Expertise in Generative AI, Python, LangChain, Prompt Engineering, and embedding models (e.g., BERT, GPT-based models). Software Engineering : Strong experience in software development with technologies such as .NET, Java, React, or Angular. Cloud Platforms : Hands-on experience with cloud environments like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Leadership : Proven ability to lead technical teams, mentor junior engineers, and manage project deliverables.
