The Pickup and Return Points (PARP) team manages Amazon's large-scale network of lockers and counters worldwide where customers can pick up their orders or process returns. PARP exists to serve Amazon customers through a network of pickup and return locations, in a way that improves transporter safety, reduces cost to serve, and enables incremental selection for Amazon - while making package handling effortless for customers, partners, and carriers. We accelerate adoption by driving customer awareness, conversion, retention, and partner satisfaction. Amazon PARP is experiencing tremendous growth and transformation. We are scaling rapidly from $500MM+ in net savings in 2026 towards our ambitious goal of $1B by 2028. This is an exciting time to join PARP as we build a world-class delivery experience for customers through alternate delivery options across Commercial and Residential verticals. We seek a proven business leader to serve as Head of Hub PARP for North America - owning the end-to-end business strategy and P&L across the US, Canada, and Mexico. This executive combines deep experience in P&L management and network operations with the ability to influence senior decision makers at enterprise partners and critical stakeholders internally. They should demonstrate a track record of launching new products, building scalable mechanisms, and navigating complex cross-functional stakeholder environments while maintaining a sharp focus on customer experience and financial outcomes. The right leader will be inherently customer-obsessed, able to translate operational complexity into strategic clarity, and skilled at building and developing high-performing teams during periods of rapid expansion. Above all, they must embody the builder mentality that defines Amazon's culture - with the strategic vision to scale Hub PARP into its next phase of growth toward $1B in net savings. Key job responsibilities - Own and manage the North America Hub PARP program P&L, driving continued transformation and cost-to-serve optimization across the network toward $500MM+ in annual net savings - Define and execute the multi-year vision, strategy, and operational plan to accelerate network growth, transportation savings, and new product adoption across the US, Canada, and Mexico - Lead a large multi-disciplined organization, establishing a high-performance culture of ownership and excellence - Cultivate and maintain trusted relationships with senior decision-makers at enterprise partners - understanding their business goals and delivering partnership models that unlock mutual growth - Partner cross-functionally with Product, Tech, Quality, Finance, Legal, and Public Policy teams to launch and scale new customer-facing and transporter-facing products that drive incremental savings and improve customer experience - Own the financial and quality performance of the network, defining and measuring key success metrics across customer experience, partner experience, and transporter experience - Drive structured feedback loops from partners and field operations into product and engineering teams, ensuring real-world insights directly inform roadmap development and enterprise readiness - Influence internal senior executives through clear, data-driven communication and strategic insight, leading high-stakes documents at the VP/SVP level to secure organizational alignment on investment cases and strategic priorities - Hire, mentor, and develop leaders across the organization, fostering a culture of talent development with a strong track record of internal promotions and career growth About the team Amazon PARP is a worldwide network of pickup and return locations across the Commercial and Residential vertical.
