Executive Lounge Agent - Fluency in Turkish & English is Required

CANDIDATE PROFILE * Excellent command of English & Turkish both written and spoken * Bachelor degree in related major * Experience in front office operations is an asset POSITION SUMMARY * Provide guests with quietly efficient support for the key functionality of the space while putting guests at ease with the variety and breadth of Executive Lounge offerings. * Monitor club lounge for seating availability, service, safety, and wellbeing of guests. * Maintain cleanliness and condition of bar, bar unit, tables, and other tools. * Prepare and serve hot, cold, and/or alcoholic beverages. * Anticipate and communicate replenishment needs promptly. * Complete opening and closing duties. * Secure liquors, beers, wines, coolers, cabinets, and storage areas. * Forecast additional meal requirements and communicate special requests to the kitchen.
