Job Description
AECOM is seeking an experienced Senior Administrator to provide a blend of traditional executive/team administration and project coordination support to the Building Engineering team in Brisbane. Provide project administration support by coordinating documentation, document control, filing systems and project deliverables to support successful project outcomes. Support Project Managers and technical teams with meeting coordination, agendas, document preparation, formatting and maintaining accurate project records. Coordinate team and project activities, including meetings, workshops, travel arrangements and other operational requirements to enable efficient delivery. Manage administrative processes and information management activities, ensuring records are accurate, organised and accessible across relevant systems. Build strong relationships with Project Managers, technical teams and stakeholders, providing proactive and reliable support to enhance team effectiveness.
Qualifications

Please apply, all applications will be considered. 5+ years in project administration/coordination, ideally in construction, infrastructure or professional services Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), with experience in Aconex, Salesforce, or similar platforms highly regarded. Ability to manage competing priorities, maintain accurate records, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with stakeholders and prepare professional documentation. Ability to work autonomously while supporting project teams and adapting to changing project needs.
