Configure new Chorus processes and objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand. Create and maintain solution documentation. Identify new process opportunities and accurately analyze and estimate new processes, quickly assessing feasibility. Participate in cross‑functional delivery teams alongside Developers, QAs, BAs, Architects, and Platform/Infrastructure teams to deliver Workflow solutions Support client-facing workshops and communicate Chorus technical changes clearly to non‑technical and business stakeholders. Experience and knowledge Ability to work with Testers to ensure Quality delivered solutions Experience in Chorus Workflow Development and solutions Experience with Application workflows, Model Analysis and Administration workspace Knowledge of Analytics (Chorus Reporting) CI/CD experience including Jenkins and automated deployment processes. Experience with Workflow and the Chorus application Scripting proficiency in Bash, PowerShell, or Python. Programming/database competency: C#, Python, MS SQL, Oracle SQL. Strong understanding of: Operating systems internals Logs and service management Scheduled tasks/cron Permissions and access models Resource monitoring Monitoring tools: Elastic, Dynatrace. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.  5  years of experience in a technology or application development role Specializing in cloud and integration technology Exposure to SDLC methodologies, with a willingness to work in Agile environments. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Effective communication and collaboration skills. Experience in troubleshooting and debugging in development, test and production environments to restore service rapidly.
