Support and cater to to the projects associated with monitoring tools like Sumologic, Sciencelogic,Dynatrace etc. and quickly respond to incidents for one or more technologies within the technical area of expertise. Frequently collaborate with cross commit teams to gather requirements and develop and implement detailed design, configuration and engineering strategies/solutions to resolve issues/incidents while remaining focused on project delivery.You will help drive the optimization of technology operations though automation and solution delivery, system/services performance monitoring and solving problems.

Drive automation of repeat activities, patterns and provide solutions working closely with monitoring team (and other teams as needed). Collaborate with architects for developing automation road map and solutions. Design, develop, implement new automated solutions across hybrid cloud infrastructure and vendor systems. Primary owner responsible for implementing opportunities identified in road maps, and maintaining existing solutions. Upgrade, maintain, and drive performance improvements of existing solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders from various disciplines(infrastructure and application). Develop and track Cost-benefit analysis, adoption and effectiveness measures of various automated solutions. Support implementation of customer request of monitoring.

4-7 years experience running high availability systems and supporting distributed infrastructure. Strong experience and knowledge with Windows and Linux servers. Strong experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python and nodeJS. Strong experience AWS(Lambda, RDS, Cloudwatch, Cloudtrail, SNS,SQS) and working familiarity with AWS kinesis/EKS/EMR/DynamoDB and other services. Working familiarity with Azure subscription, storage accounts, event hub, Azure functions, log analytic workspace and other azure services. Familiarity with open telemetry, telegraf and distributed tracing. Familiarity with micro service architectures running on Kubernetes and containers.  Proven ability to work in a demanding, fast paced environment and handle competing priorities at one time. Demonstrable skills in creating stake holder presentation and communications.

Strong experience working on a  Automation, Build, Infrastructure Engineering team with a focus on cloud technologies such as AWS, Microsoft Azure etc. Strong experience with build automation, security and performance monitoring tools like Sumologic, Dynatrace ,sciecelogic etc.  Strong experience with Jenkins administration and/or pipeline development. Strong experience and knowledge with Windows and Linux servers. Strong experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python. Experience provisioning and configuring repeatable, highly available infrastructure using tools such as Terraform. Experience building and managing logging and monitoring
