Teleflex is seeking a results-driven Sr. Sales Representative to own and grow the Arrow™ OnControl™ Powered Bone Access System business within an assigned territory. This is a high-impact, consultative sales position targeting interventional radiologists, oncologists, hematologists, pathologists, and hospital-based biopsy programs seeking to improve procedural efficiency and patient experience in bone marrow biopsy and aspiration. Territories are geographically significant and may cover a major metropolitan area and surrounding region or span multiple states depending on regional assignment. Success in this role requires a highly self-sufficient representative comfortable managing large, travel-intensive geographies. Principal Responsibilities

•    Develop and execute a comprehensive territory business plan to meet or exceed revenue targets through new account acquisition, utilization growth within existing accounts, and strategic conversion from competitive platforms •    Conduct product demonstrations, procedural in-services, and clinical education for interventional radiologists, oncologists, hematologists, nurses, and procedure room staff •    Build and maintain multi-level relationships with key decision-makers including physicians, nursing staff, materials management, and hospital administration/C-suite as appropriate •    Provide hands-on technical support during cases; ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through responsive follow-up and issue resolution •    Perform ongoing territory analysis, including competitive landscape assessment, win/loss tracking, and pipeline management within CRM •    Represent Teleflex at regional and national oncology, hematology, and interventional radiology conferences and trade shows (e.g., ASH, ASCO, AVIR, SIR)  •    Partner with cross functional teams on Clinical Education to drive adoption Education / Experience Requirements

•    3-5+ years of medical device or healthcare sales experience, or equivalent clinical (RT/RN)
