This position is for a Construction Project Manager to represent Dominion Energy for the Coastal Virginia Offshore Wind (CVOW) project. The CVOW project entails the construction and installation of 176 wind turbine generators and three offshore substations; as well as, associated cables and equipment 27 miles off the coast of Virginia Beach, Virginia. The position will report to the Manager – Site Construction, Offshore Wind. The Project Manager is responsible for managing the scope, schedule, and budget of the T&I package. Close day to day interaction with other CVOW package managers, site construction team, and the Commissioning Manager. The candidate will be required to work with the T&I prime contractor to ensure the equipment transportation, maintenance, installation, and commissioning activities meet the Owner’s requirements. The successful candiate will be required to travel to CVOW site in Norfolk, Virginia. Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience

7 - 8+ years of progressive experience in project management principles, methodologies, tools and best practices. In-depth knowledge of the specific domain, industry, and market, and ability to apply relevant knowledge to solve complex project problems and issues. Exceptional leadership, motivation, and empowerment skills, with a track record of delivering high-performance and quality outcomes in various project sizes, scopes, and complexities. Excellent negotiation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills, with experience in working with cross-functional and multidisciplinary project teams and internal and external stakeholders at different levels. Proficient in managing changes, risks, and uncertainties, and communicating effectively and persuasively with diverse audiences, using appropriate project management tools and software. Adaptable to changing project requirements, priorities, and environments, and able to leverage agile and flexible approaches, conduct project reviews, audits, and evaluations, and implement lessons learned and best practices. Candidate must have construction experience as a project manager Preferred Qualifications Experience with project management, budgeting, scheduling, and risk analysis. Knowledge of power generation, transmission, distribution, and energy markets. Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, both verbally and in writing. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Demonstrated leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. Experience in maritime construction, or heavy industrial manufacturing environments. • Good knowledge of marine, mechanical, electrical, and controls system. • Ability to travel (domestic and internationally) as required. • Proficient with interpreting technical drawings, documents & management reports. • Ability to lead and manage multiple work fronts. • May be required to work in an offshore environment.
