As part of this project and a new team, your role as a Buyer RFX & Contract Admin   will be to build and co-manage a strong relationship with our client organization and perform based on defined SLA and KPIs, within energy and utility client industry. ͏

Responsibilities:   Ensure on-time processing of RFx and Contract Management activity • Provides support on special cases and monitors root-causes for such cases. • Oversee the SLA & overall deliverables management; • Assisting to generate savings; • Usage of relevant client systems: MS Ofice, SAP, Ariba eSourcing, Agora, Sequana, Service Now in line with activity specifics. • Act as first point of contact (POC) for agents and categories for process activities and categories in scope, also as an advisor for complex cases. • Deliver different reports (regular and ad-hoc). • Controls exceptions and identifies errors and deviations from
