This position will have the Israeli in country responsibility for ensuring fleet safety and readiness for the F100 engine using logistics management tools and field service representatives located on site. This position will be stationed in Israel and some travel is required. Please note: *This is an in-country and unaccompanied role* What You Will Do Interface with the Israeli Air Force, Bet Shemesh depot and in country suppliers along with the P&W F100 Program Office Proactively manage the F100-229 Fleet Management Program requirements by monitoring, trending, and reporting status of key metrics Customer Support Engineering & Materials to determine future customer needs and focus internal support necessary to achieve customer satisfaction. Work closely with support groups to forecast customer maintenance, project component replacement/repair needs, and work with customers to budget/order to maintain fleet readiness goals Develop and maintain Fleet Readiness Plans to ensure complete system support of all aspects of customer supportability requirements. Ensure program critical issues are identified, communicated, elevated as required and acted on in a timely fashion through the appropriate channels Utilize ACE Principles and continuous improvement of fleet management systems and processes to minimize cost and to ensure customer satisfaction Assist with new business opportunity proposal activity by ensuring appropriate support is provided and work closely with International Trade Compliance to ensure export compliance for licenses/agreements within region Qualifications You Must Have BS/BA degree 8 years of Field Service Rep/Program Management experience or an Advanced degree with 5 years of Field Service Rep/Program Management experience or "in lieu of degree" with 12 years of Field Service Rep/Program Management experience Data Analysis – Strong ability to not only collect data but to be use this to develop plans and or solutions to complex problems and ability to then present this data to the associated organizations in a clear and concise manner Strong Excel/PowerPoint skills Strong communication skills – both written and verbal US Citizenship required due to government contracts Qualifications We Prefer Working knowledge of military engine/module overhauls & repair process Technical understanding of propulsion systems and their components and Working knowledge of USAF Intermediate & Depot level Technical Orders Business, Material and/or Logistics management knowledge Strong Leadership, organizational, communication & presentation skills Working knowledge of P&W ERP System - SAP Learn More & Apply Now Please ensure the role type defined below is appropriate for your needs before applying to this role.
