This position is for a Production Coordinator, International Originals Germany, supporting the Production Team based in our Munich office. The Production Coordinator will serve as a key organizational partner, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations across a cross-functional, multi-time zone team spanning Europe and the US. Key job responsibilities • Manage complex calendars and scheduling for the production team • Set up internal and external meetings including conference rooms, AV needs, document distribution, and attendance tracking • Track and drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on action items in a timely manner • Coordinate and communicate effectively with peers, internal stakeholders, vendors, and production companies • Organize and execute team activities including meeting agendas, off-sites, and team events • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the globe
