Poker Clerk

Reporting to the Poker Supervisor, the Poker Clerk is responsible for providing legendary guest service. This person is responsible for data input and various clerical functions of the Poker Room along with seating guests. The position requires strong attention to detail. KEY JOB FUNCTIONS: Entering player ratings. Maintain markers and dockets, including buybacks, transfers and voids. Assisting Supervisors with markers, fills, credits and various duties as time allows. Assist in seating and maintaining waiting lists. Entering information for new players and retrieving Total Rewards cards from the Total Rewards Center. Changing printer ribbons. Answering pit telephones. Ensuring all pits are stocked with necessary supplies. Filing and organization of entered rating slips. Meet the attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to regulatory, departmental and company policies.
