Job Requirements

In partnership with country HR, understand business cycles and talent needs of the organization to develop ‘people’ strategies to build the capability and flexibility of the workforce to meet business goals. Drive, in partnership with country HR, the employee engagement and culture of AD&M BU and TE. Apply the six sigma (TEOA) principles and tools to continuously improve training processes and services.
