The Packing/Shipping Technician is essential to ensuring patients receive their medications in a timely manner. As part of the team, you will have an important, uniquely rewarding role putting your skills and experience to work in a closed-door pharmacy setting. You will make a difference by excelling in a complex, high impact dispensing role and positively impacting the lives of others. You will work alongside a team of talented individuals in a concentrated team effort and under the direct supervision of Lead Technicians and Pharmacy Supervisors. The ideal candidate will possess high levels of reliability, accuracy, professionalism, team orientation, and problem-solving skills.   As a Packing/Shipping colleague working in the pharmacy, you will be responsible for performing the daily functions of packing and shipping prescription orders in accordance with standard operating procedures. In this role, you may also be cross trained in other functions such as operating automated packing machines, as well as automated and manual drug dispensing.
