ERP Solution manager _ Migration strategist - M/F

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Migration Solution Manager (f/m) to join our Digital for Operation Department based in Toulouse, France. Within the Solution Management Team, you will act as a key transversal leader transforming our industrial digital ecosystem. You will drive the definition and execution of complex ERP migration strategies (S/4HANA) on a global scale, bridging strategic IT roadmaps with concrete operational realities on our shop floors. Your challenges: Architect and deliver tailored ERP migration strategies (Big Bang, phase-in/phase-out, per program). Structure complex operational issues into actionable Epics and resolve technical roadblocks. Influence the global ERP roadmap governance through accurate priority management. Ensure smooth operational handover up to effective value delivery on manufacturing sites. Interface with digital teams to align cutting-edge technology trends with plant constraints. Your boarding pass: Background in Computer Science, Manufacturing Engineering, or Logistics. Minimum 10 years of experience in complex, highly regulated industries (Aerospace, Automotive, Defense). 10+ years of expertise in ERP deployment, specifically SAP modules (ideally S/4HANA). Proven track record in SAFe/Agile frameworks and large-scale Change Management implementation. Advanced level in English (French or German is a plus) and willingness to travel (~20%).
