Key Responsibilities Lead Oracle HCM Cloud implementation and support activities. Gather, analyze, and document business requirements. Configure and support Oracle HCM modules. Design and develop HCM reports, extracts, interfaces, and integrations. Work on data migration using HDL and HCM Data Loader tools. Develop and maintain Fast Formulas. Create OTBI and BI Publisher reports. Develop integrations using REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). Support testing activities including SIT, UAT, and production deployments. Troubleshoot and resolve application issues. Support quarterly Oracle Cloud updates and enhancements.
