About this role / Job Summary Seasoned professional contributor in Supply Chain Management. May manage small projects for supply chain management. Works to achieve day-to-day objectives with major impact on Supply Chain strategies and operational goals. Responsible for making moderate improvements to supply chain management processes and systems. Works to influence other functions/vendors to support Supply Chain strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Analytics & sourcing tables — Drive the required analytics and sourcing-table (bid tabulation) processes, executed to the COE global standard work. Spend & claims analytics — Manage spend analytics, claims analytics, and data management within the SPM platform, keeping data clean and audit-ready. 3rd-party RFQ support — Partner with category specialists to launch 3rd-party parts RFQs — assembling data packs, should-cost baselines, and bid analysis. Supplier KPI dashboards — Own supplier KPI dashboard data, refresh updates, and the analytics/insight that sits on top of them. Should-cost modeling — Build and maintain should-cost models for applicable parts to arm negotiations with fact-based cost targets. Global process alignment — Ensure global process alignment per the standard process deployed by the COE, across regions and category teams. Seasoned professional contributor in Supply Chain Management. May manage small projects for supply chain management. Job Description
Supports senior managements across Supply Chain disciplines to identify gaps in processes and implementations; Conducts root cause analysis and identifies strategies to bridge the gaps. Supports implementation of identified processes and monitors to closure. Supports identification of opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions. Gathers information on new vendors, sources, market, current processes and prices and seeks approval from seniors. Resolves escalated issues with vendors and Supply Chain management. Adheres to import, export, and excise regulation as per compliance. May manage Supply Chain processes.
Minimum Requirements
Requires advanced knowledge obtained through a University degree, combined with experience Practical to substantial knowledge of Carrier organization, programs or systems with the ability to make enhancements and leverage in daily work University Degree or equivalent A minimum of 5 years prior relevant experience OR An advanced degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 years experience.
