Who we are looking for: You will be joining the SSBI Regulatory Reporting team in the Krakow Office, where Regulatory Reporting is performed for EMEA. The Liquidity Reporting Manager is responsible for oversight and submission of Common Reporting (COREP) to EMEA regulators in a timely and accurate manner. This role ensures compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and contributes to the integrity of the organizational financial reporting. What you will be responsible for: Act as the end-to-end Report Owner for ECB liquidity regulatory reporting, including LCR, NSFR, ALMM and related daily liquidity metrics monitoring activities Ensure that Regulatory Reports are compliant with BCBS 239 principles and drive the adoption of BCBS 239 principles across SSBI liquidity reporting processes, ensuring robust data lineage, end-to-end transparency, and reduction / automation of EUDTs accurately reported to regulatory authorities and in management reports Actively manage the implementation of changes in the EMEA Regulatory Reporting area. Changes mainly arise from new regulatory reporting requirements, new product integrations, audit remediations and process improvements etc. Monitor regulatory changes and assess impacts on reporting processes, data requirements, methodologies, and controls Project management for dedicated regulatory changes including the subsequent implementation planning Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding liquidity reporting matters, including Internal Audit, External Audit, Risk Management, Treasury, Finance, and Technology teams Ensure effective oversight of outsourced reporting activities and enhance overall reporting efficiency and control effectiveness What we value: Professional experience in Regulatory Reporting and/or Finance – Accounting. Regulatory Reporting experience preferred - especially in the areas of Financial Reporting (FINREP) and Common Reporting (COREP) is a plus Practical knowledge of accounting databases such as Oracle and regulatory software such as Regnology (Abacus 360) preferred Having the mindset to proactively identify process improvements and to think outside the box. Dealing effectively with stakeholders (Risk, Finance, IT & Data Teams) in a global environment Experience in using AI & BI Tools in creating dashboards and data profiling will be an additional advantage Education & Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or similar qualification in business, economics, finance, accounting or related field Ideally 6+ years of experience in banking, financial services with some exposure to Regulatory Reporting Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to details. Familiarity with regulatory reporting applications and tools (e.g. Regnology -Abacus360) Minimum Salary: zł182,004 Annual The minimum salary quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate ultimately works outside of this primary location, the applicable minimum salary may differ. Salary will be determined based on factors such as the position, type of work performed, individual skills, job description, working hours, diligence, initiative, self-management, length of employment, availability, and the quantity and quality of work delivered, as well as other objective and non-discriminatory criteria relevant to State Street employees.
