This role is ideal for a motivated and curious engineer seeking to develop a broad range of technical skills across civil and infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will support the delivery of multidisciplinary projects, contributing to technical documentation, drawings, BIM modelling, quantity take-offs, and design coordination activities. The role offers the opportunity to gain experience across multiple civil engineering disciplines, including roads, utilities, drainage, and hydraulic infrastructure, while working alongside experienced engineers in a collaborative environment. We are looking for a proactive individual with strong attention to detail, a willingness to learn, and a genuine interest in developing into a well-rounded civil engineering professional.

Support the development of civil and infrastructure designs across different project stages. Assist in the preparation of technical reports, calculations, drawings, and project documentation. Contribute to the development and maintenance of BIM models and design data. Support quantity take-offs and cost estimation activities. Assist with coordination between different disciplines and project stakeholders. Participate in project reviews and quality assurance processes. Ensure technical documentation is produced accurately and in accordance with project standards. Support project teams in meeting delivery deadlines and client requirements. Qualifiche Technical Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent. 0-3 years of experience in civil or infrastructure engineering projects. Basic understanding of civil engineering principles and infrastructure design. Familiarity with CAD and BIM environments, preferably Autodesk Civil 3D and/or Revit. Interest in developing technical knowledge across: road and highway design; utilities and underground services; drainage and stormwater systems; hydraulic infrastructure; general civil works. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Good command of English, both written and spoken. Soft Skills Strong curiosity and willingness to learn. Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail. Methodical and structured approach to managing information and documentation. Strong commitment to accuracy and quality of deliverables.
