Job Description
As a Senior Manager, you will lead high-impact strategic projects and initiatives, translating Group strategic priorities into actionable plans and outcomes. You will be responsible for structuring complex problems, shaping recommendations, and driving cross-functional alignment to ensure delivery of strategic initiatives, while supporting the development of junior team members. Lead end-to-end strategy projects from problem definition through execution alignment Define analytical approaches, integrate diverse inputs, and translate insights into recommendations Shape strategic initiatives, including growth strategy, market entry, and investment opportunities Drive components of the strategic planning process, synthesising inputs into priorities and trade-offs Lead cross-functional initiatives, ensuring alignment, pace, and delivery against strategic objectives Develop materials for senior leadership to support informed decision-making Manage and coach junior team members, ensuring high-quality outputs and professional development Qualifications Demonstrable experience (~5 yrs) in corporate strategy, strategy consulting, investment banking, or a related analytical field Strong strategic thinking, with the ability to frame and structure ambiguous problems and translate insights into clear recommendations Proven track record of leading strategic projects or workstreams, delivering high-quality outcomes Experience developing and evaluating growth strategies, investment cases, and market opportunities Ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders, driving alignment across functions Experience managing or coaching junior team members, ensuring quality and development Strong communication skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership Additional Information At Entain, we know that signing top players requires a great starting package, and plenty of support to inspire peak performance.
