If you thrive on technical challenges and want to work on products that truly matter, this role is for you.   Join HPE Networking—and help design the future of connectivity.   HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT     As a   Hardware Design Engineer ,   you’ll   be a key contributor within a highly skilled R&D organization building high ‑ performance, high ‑ quality networking products.     You will:   Design and develop advanced hardware platforms, from   component   selection and schematic design through board bring ‑ up, debugging, and validation.   Work hands ‑ on with complex, high ‑ speed digital designs that push performance and reliability boundaries.   Collaborate with global, cross ‑ functional teams to integrate hardware deliverables and drive products from concept into production.   Perform feasibility studies, design margin analysis, and validation planning to ensure robust, manufacturable designs.   Execute empirical testing and root ‑ cause analysis on new and evolving hardware to meet stringent quality and performance goals.
