• 5 to 10 years of experience in application testing required • Solid understanding of Quality Assurance (QA) processes and methodologies • Knowledge of functional requirements gathering • Experience creating test plans, test scenarios, and test cases • Experience executing tests using any test management tool • Experience analyzing test results, preparing reports, and logging/tracking bugs • Experience with test management and bug tracking tools such as HP ALM, JIRA, and Confluence • Analytical skills, logical reasoning, and problem-solving abilities • Experience with API testing using Postman or SoapUI • Experience with automated testing using Selenium (with various frameworks) and TOSCA is desirable • Knowledge of batch and integration testing activities is desirable • Experience managing client calls and defect triage • Ability to understand and focus on client requirements; experience in a client-facing environment • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a positive attitude and team spirit • Willingness to adhere to the 3-day WFO (Work From Office) mandate in accordance with company policy •
