Position
Summary The Senior Sustainability Analyst plays a key role in advancing the company's sustainability strategy, reporting, compliance, and performance management programs. This position leads sustainability data collection, greenhouse gas (GHG) accounting, reporting, assurance, and audit activities. Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders across global operations, the role ensures data integrity, transparency, and alignment with corporate sustainability goals and external reporting requirements. The role also provides project management support for sustainability initiatives, including coordinating meetings, tracking action items, developing presentations and communications, and supporting implementation of strategic priorities and programs. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with experience managing complex sustainability data and reporting processes across multiple global facilities.
Responsibilities
Specific Accountabilities Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Accounting & Emissions Management: Lead global Scope 1, Scope 2, and applicable Scope 3 GHG inventory development, data collection, emissions calculations, and reporting. Maintain GHG methodologies, documentation, and data quality in alignment with the GHG Protocol and regulatory requirements. Partner with internal and external stakeholders to validate emissions data, support reduction initiatives, and ensure audit readiness. Sustainability Reporting & Disclosure Management: Lead project management and execution of the annual Sustainability Report, including timelines, stakeholder engagement, and approvals. Coordinate content development, source documentation, communications, training materials, and website disclosures. Assurance, Audit & Internal Controls: Serve as the primary contact for sustainability audits and external assurance engagements. Coordinate audit requests, maintain supporting evidence, and ensure effective reporting controls and governance. Identify risks, implement corrective actions, and support successful completion of audits and assurance reviews. Program Support: Support implementation of evolving sustainability standards, frameworks, controls, and documentation processes. Coordinate project meetings, stakeholder engagement, action-item tracking, and program documentation.
What we are looking for
Require d Skills and Experience Bachelor's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Environmental Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field. Minimum of 3+ years of experience in greenhouse gas (GHG) accounting, applying the Greenhouse Gas Protocol and related emissions reporting methodologies across multiple global facilities and operations. Experience with external GHG emissions audits, assurance engagements, and verification processes. Knowledge of sustainability reporting frameworks, regulations, and assurance requirements, including GRI, ISSB, CSRD, and related disclosure standards. Proficiency with sustainability data management systems (e.g., Metrio) and advanced Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
