Executive Expense Governance Analyst Description - This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with strong communication, excellent administrative skills and attention to detail, who is looking to learn and grow, while collaborating across different groups. Applies developed subject matter knowledge to solve common and complex business issues within established guidelines and recommends appropriate alternatives. Works on problems of diverse complexity and scope. May act as a team or project leader providing direction to team activities and facilitates information validation and team decision making process. Exercises independent judgment within generally defined policies and practices to identify and select a solution. Ability to handle most unique situations. May seek advice in order to make decisions on complex business issues.

Responsibilities

Drives Executive Expense Governance (EEG) schedule and hosts sessions. Drives Executive Expense Governance (EEG) meeting's agenda, documents and follows through action items. Focal point for Executive Expense Governance (EEG) audits. Oversees proper execution of Executive Expense Governance (EEG) policies. Collaborates with key stakeholders (HR & Payroll) to ensure compliance on SEC and IRS requirements. Leads across different teams (BOD, S16, EEM, Security, Aviation and CWT) to ensure appropriate accounting and meeting reporting requirements. Establishes and maintains relationships with leaders to guide and influence decision-making. Supports policy and process improvement and identifies opportunities. Identifies issues and proposes solutions.

Education and Experience

Required: First level university degree with a focus in administration, business or finance. Typically 4+ years of experience in finance or business management Typically experienced in more than one finance function. Knowledge and Skills: Strong communication and influencing skills . Excellent administrative skills. Detail oriented is a must. Audit experience is highly desired. Interest in compliance activities . Excellent teamwork skills . Excellent people skills .
