ABOUT THIS ROLE Based in Berlin, Audible GmbH is looking for an enthusiastic Working Student in Global Customer Engagement. In this role, you will support us in the launch of our campaigns and programs, aimed at engaging our members. You will be responsible for executing customer-focused and data-driven initiatives, managing multiple milestones with shifting requirements in a fluid, fast-moving environment. This includes building and optimizing user flows and experiences for campaigns across platforms, as well as monitoring and reporting on campaign and test performance. As a Working Student, Global Customer Engagement you will... - Execute on omni-channel concepts to drive customer engagement - Support in the marketing campaign process by conceptualising, creating and maintaining content via our content management system (CMS) cross-platforms (Apps, desktop and mobile site) - Support in conceptualizing, setting up and evaluating A/B tests - Create ad-hoc analysis and reports based on our web analytics tool - Provide general support to our daily business ABOUT AUDIBLE Audible is a leading producer and provider of audio storytelling.
