As a Capability Organizational Development Lead, you will be responsible for strengthening the way we develop, deploy and sustain critical commercial capabilities across the organization. You will lead the design of strategies, tools and learning solutions that enable our teams to perform with excellence in a dynamic and constantly evolving environment. In addition, you will play a key role in identifying capability gaps, prioritizing development needs and implementing initiatives that drive the growth and effectiveness of our commercial teams.

Your responsibilities will include

• Develop and coordinate the commercial capability-building strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business priorities, category evolution and market needs.

• Design, update and deploy functional competency frameworks, using capability demand data and stakeholder input to identify gaps and define learning priorities.

• Define learning outcomes and develop targeted capability-building solutions, including onboarding programs, certifications, learning journeys, on-the-job training and continuous upskilling initiatives.

• Partner with Commercial, SFP, Consumer Experience, Digital, Customer Service, P&C and external stakeholders to ensure capability solutions are relevant, scalable and embedded into daily execution.

• Drive processes, tools and learning resources that strengthen the capabilities of back-office teams, B2B2C teams and third-party field forces, ensuring the knowledge required for effective execution.

• Support markets and teams in adopting commercial capabilities, standards and ways of working that enable consistent execution and operational excellence.

• Measure the deployment, engagement and effectiveness of capability-building programs, leveraging data and feedback to continuously improve solutions and demonstrate business impact.

• Manage vendors, trainers and internal subject matter experts to ensure high-quality design and deployment of capability-building initiatives.

Who are we looking for?

• University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, Psychology or related fields.

• Solid experience in capability building, learning strategy, organizational development, commercial excellence, sales effectiveness, change management or related areas.

• Strong project management skills, with the ability to design, implement and sustain programs involving multiple stakeholders and priorities.

• Ability to translate business needs into practical and effective learning outcomes, tools and development solutions.

• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions, markets and
