Intern, Management Support (f/m/x).     What can you expect?

Support management meetings and All Associate Meetings through agenda preparation, coordination, action tracking, and presentation support. Contribute to the implementation of shared service processes, process stabilization, and employee training activities. Provide administrative and operational support, including reporting, presentations, business trips, and dealer visits. Support business projects and ensure timely execution of assigned tasks. Prepare and analyze key performance reports to support business performance monitoring. Assist in market analysis and provide strategic planning support. Consolidate weekly Highlights of the Week and ensure timely reporting to the regional organization. Support compliance activities by monitoring transactions and assisting with regulatory requirements.

What can we expect?

Currently enrolled or recently graduated from university (ideally Business, Economics or comparable). Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Fluent in English and Czech. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Motivation to learn and grow in a dynamic team in an international environment. Driver’s license B.
