THE JOB: As an   Order Dispatcher   for   Room Service   at   Mandalay Bay , you will serve as the critical communication hub and air traffic control of our private-luxury dining division, orchestrating the flawless distribution of premium meals and VIP amenities directly to our guest suites. Going far beyond simple order-taking, you will operate with absolute precision and speed to expedite orders, keeping our talented culinary team and in-room delivery servers in perfect, real-time sync. By maintaining an immaculately organized dispatch station and monitoring every delivery window with meticulous care, your backstage coordination will ensure every in-room culinary experience arrives beautifully hot, flawlessly accurate, and reflective of our premier hospitality standards.
