About this role
The AI agent era is here, and you'll help define how enterprises build with it. Amazon Bedrock and AgentCore are how the world's largest organizations are building AI-native applications and autonomous agents. This is one of the fastest-growing product areas in AWS history, and we need a Product Marketing Manager - Tech who can help shape the narrative and drive launches that land with technical audiences. In this role, you'll work at the intersection of product and storytelling. You'll translate complex AI capabilities into clear, compelling positioning, execute launches that reach developers and architects, and develop the content strategies that build adoption. You'll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and field teams across a portfolio that includes Amazon Bedrock, Amazon Bedrock AgentCore, and Strands Agents (our open-source agent SDK), learning quickly and contributing meaningfully from day one. This is a high-growth role on a team with direct access to AWS leadership and a front-row seat to the most consequential platform shift since cloud itself. Why This Role * Front-row seat to one of the fastest-moving product areas in AWS: agentic AI is redefining how software gets built * Mentorship from senior marketers and direct collaboration with product GMs and engineering leaders who value marketing as a strategic function * Growing visibility: opportunities to contribute to re:Invent content, analyst briefings, and customer engagements * Real ownership: you'll own launches and positioning for specific products, not just execute tasks handed to you * A team culture that rewards bold thinking, intellectual curiosity, and a bias for action Key job responsibilities * Own positioning and launch execution for specific capabilities within the Bedrock/AgentCore portfolio, from messaging development through launch day and post-launch iteration * Translate complex architectures into customer value: create technical narratives, blogs, demos, and reference content that help builders understand when and how to use agents vs. other AI patterns * Contribute to product strategy by gathering and synthesizing signals from customer conversations, competitive intelligence, analyst feedback, and usage data * Develop expertise in your product area and represent it in field enablement sessions, customer conversations, and internal reviews * Drive adoption with technical audiences: develop and execute content strategies that reach developers, architects, and technical decision-makers through the channels they trust * Partner cross-functionally with product management, developer relations, solutions architecture, and sales to support aligned GTM motions About the team Diverse Experiences AWS values diverse experiences. Even if you do not meet all of the qualifications and skills listed in the job description, we encourage candidates to apply.
