EU Firm Management –Executive Director Frankfurt As a member of the EU Firm Management team, you will be joining a world-class dynamic, collaborative and fast-paced organization. The team reports to the Chief Operating Officer and works closely with the Management Boards of Morgan Stanley Europe SE (MSESE) Group as well as business and country heads in setting and implementing regional strategy, driving growth and efficiency initiatives and the day-to-day running of the Group. As a member of the EU Firm Management team, you will Coordinate and contribute to the MSESE Group business strategy process, including identifying and implementing focus initiatives for the Group and/or individual regions Track and report performance metrics / KPI for business monitoring and strategy consideration to the Management Board Review resource usage and identify opportunities to increase efficiency or grow regional footprint Supervise preparation of analyses, discussion materials and follow-ups for meetings with Management Board, Supervisory Board and other senior internal or external stakeholders Supervise execution of relevant MSESE Group governance and regulatory processes, and Drive priorities for senior management as they arise You will be partnering with senior colleagues from individual businesses, infrastructure and control functions to deliver regional priorities and represent MSESE Group in Firm-wide projects. What we’re looking for: At least a Bachelor’s degree in STEM or economics Commitment to delivery of highest quality work product; strong attention to detail Proactive, self-motivated, goal oriented, and organized; superior sense of ownership Desire to contribute to a team environment that balances individual initiative and team accomplishments Excellent oral and written communication skills Skills that will help you in the role: Experience in successfully navigating complexity in a front-office environment e.g. as part of a deal team or structurer Experience with EU regulatory requirements and legal entity governance Experience in managing high performing teams Familiarity with financial statements, capital or liquidity calculations Excel /Power BI, business writing, presentation skills Where will you be working?
