Job Requisition ID # 26WD100098 Position Overview Every day, architects use Revit to design iconic structures like skyscrapers, airports, and landmarks, as well as the everyday homes and businesses that shape daily life. To help them imagine, design, and make a better world, Autodesk is looking for a strategic, collaborative Product Manager to support the vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution for Revit for Architecture. This is a role for someone comfortable taking on ambiguous problems, digging deep into how architects work, and collaborating across organizations. You'll define a long-term strategy and break it into shippable increments your team can deliver, and you'll be the voice of the product to customers, partners, and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Strategic roadmap leadership: Collaborating with Product Management peers, define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Revit for Architecture, and advocate for enhancements that align with strategic opportunities and deliver measurable value for users. Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with engineering, design, and customer support to understand user needs and integrate shared capabilities seamlessly across Autodesk products. User experience advocacy: Work closely with User Experience to deliver coherent, cohesive experiences that address customer requirements and align with industry trends. Market awareness: Monitor industry trends and competitive offerings to keep Autodesk products innovative and market-leading. Stakeholder engagement: Gather feedback from and collaborate with cross-organizational teams, customers, and industry partners to refine the roadmap and prioritize the most impactful improvements. Backlog definition: Define and maintain clear, actionable epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria that reflect customer, technical, and business needs, translating complex requirements into well-scoped work items through close collaboration with your scrum team and stakeholders. Sprint alignment & prioritization: Align backlog prioritization and sprint planning with product strategy, release goals, and the roadmap, serving as a key contributor for delivery teams on priorities, scope, dependencies, and blockers.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Expert skills in AEC software tools and workflows. Proven experience in product management, product ownership, or software development. Demonstrated ability to drive collaboration across teams and influence without authority. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and software development processes. Exceptional communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
