We are looking for a Principal Project Manager, Professional Services to join our team. This is a Hybrid role based out of Bangalore, reporting to the Manager, Professional Services in the Professional Services department. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of complex, customer-facing cybersecurity programs from initiation through closure, ensuring engagements are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards of quality. You will combine a strong background in professional services delivery with a practical understanding of how AI technologies can optimize service delivery, automation, analytics, and customer outcomes.

What you’ll do (Role Expectations)

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of Professional Services projects, including planning, execution, risk management, and driving governance through regular steering meetings and executive updates

• Manage multiple concurrent customer engagements involving cybersecurity implementations, transformations, assessments, or optimization services

• Build and maintain detailed project plans, status reporting, RAID logs, resource plans, and stakeholder communications

• Coordinate cross-functional teams including technical consultants, solution architects, support teams, sales, product teams, engineering, and customer leadership

• Mentor project managers to drive delivery efficiency and continuous process improvement
