Responsibilities
Drive technical issue resolution and product improvement by analyzing customer telemetry, identifying defect patterns, conducting root cause analysis, and translating findings into actionable product and service enhancements. Support the end-to-end customer solution lifecycle by performing customer environment health checks, guiding deployments and upgrades, optimizing configurations, and ensuring successful adoption of Microsoft solutions. Manage complex customer escalations by prioritizing high-impact issues, leading investigations, providing subject matter expertise, and driving timely resolutions with engineering and support teams. Capture and advocate for customer feedback by identifying usage trends, addressing recurring issues, influencing product roadmaps, and ensuring customers are informed about feature updates and improvements. Collaborate across stakeholders to improve customer outcomes by partnering with engineering, product, program management, and support teams to resolve issues, enhance service reliability, and strengthen customer engagement processes Qualifications Required/Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's Degree Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology (IT), Data Analytics/Science, Artificial Intelligence (AI), or related field AND sufficient years of experience in technology industry, cloud, technical support, and/or customer experience engineering OR equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Proven years of customer facing experience. Demonstrated experience supporting and troubleshooting enterprise-scale, mission-critical applications in a technology environment. Proven customer-facing experience with a focus on resolving complex technical issues and driving successful outcomes. Hands-on expertise in cloud technologies, particularly Azure Infrastructure (IaaS), Kubernetes, Data & Analytics, and Platform Services (PaaS). Experience with on-call support, incident management, and service reliability in cloud environments. Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Growth mindset with the ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
