What you'll build As a working student (f/m/d) in the Product Experience (PX) Team, you’ll support innovative, data driven product development and help shape how AI is used to understand customer and product feedback. You’ll contribute to strategic projects, collaborate closely with product teams, and play an active role in improving how SAP builds and delivers product experiences across SAP’s product portfolio. Your responsibilities
Help us keep projects moving by supporting day-to-day activities, taking ownership of smaller tasks and workstreams, and make a visible impact on the team's work Assist in program & project management across multiple engagement formats - concept creation, design, organization, and implementation Create impactful presentations, reports, and communication materials to convey concepts, enable stakeholders, or drive decisions Strengthen our internal community by helping activate engagement formats, collecting feedback to inform strategy, preparing workshops, and contributing new ideas to active projects Work with colleagues across Product Management, Engineering, UX, Strategy, and Communications to bring ideas and projects to life
What you bring
Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences Preferred fields of study: Business Administration, Communication, Marketing, Media Management, Visual/Media Design, Social Studies, Psychology or a related field Fluent English skills; German is a plus Proficient in Microsoft 365 tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams, SharePoint) and curious about applying AI in everyday work Strong communication skills with experience creating presentations, newsletters, and other stakeholder-facing content Quick learner who can navigate new topics and contribute effectively in a dynamic project environment Organized, proactive team player with a hands-on mindset, strong ownership, and a focus on delivering results Working from Walldorf/St.Leon Rot office is required at least 2 times a week
Where you belong As part of the Global Adoption & Experience PX team, you will drive strategic initiatives that shape how SAP builds data‑driven, customer‑centric products. We connect user feedback, product teams, and AI‑powered insight tools. Acting as a central link between users and product teams, PX ensures that insights reach the right stakeholders—enabling smarter product decisions while giving YOU the opportunity to collaborate across teams, build a strong internal network, and directly influence SAP’s overall product experience. Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships).
