About the Team The TikTok Open Platform team empowers external developers and partners to build secure, scalable integrations on top of TikTok's ecosystem. As a Frontend Engineer Intern on this team, you'll get a front-row seat to how platform-level products are built and operated at massive scale. You'll gain exposure to systems that power partner logins, data exchange, content sharing, and more — all while working alongside a team that values curiosity, technical depth, and clean code.

We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship. Our internship program offers students hands-on experience, industry exposure, and opportunities to apply their knowledge to real-world challenges while building a strong foundation for personal and professional growth. Responsibilities - Collaborate with the front-end team to build reusable UI components, internal tools, and features that support TikTok Open Platform. - Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code with attention to scalability and performance. - Participate in daily standups, code reviews, and technical discussions to understand how platform-level products are built and maintained. - Debug and optimize frontend code with a solid grasp of browser behavior, HTTP request/response patterns, and modern development tools. - Contribute to real product development efforts under the guidance of experienced engineers.
