Sr Specialist, Graphic Designer – JLL What this job involves: We are seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to partner with JLL's business and service lines in creating compelling visual communications that drive our brand forward. In this role, you will design and develop high-impact materials that support our business teams, with a strong emphasis on customized research reports and marketing collateral. You'll translate complex business strategies and stakeholder objectives into visually enticing designs that capture attention and communicate the right message. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with cross-functional teams across a global real estate leader, where your creative expertise will directly contribute to JLL's brand perception and business objectives.   What your day-to-day will look like: Design and develop customized research reports, property brochures, flyers, 2D maps, site plans, floor plans, and building illustrations that align with JLL's brand standards Collaborate with research teams, marketers, art directors, and management across multiple service lines to translate business requirements into effective visual solutions Manage multiple design projects simultaneously from concept to completion, ensuring quality and timely delivery under deadline pressure Mentor team members by reviewing their work and providing constructive feedback to maintain high-quality deliverables Create and maintain high-quality visual content for both digital and print communications, ensuring consistent brand perception across all touchpoints Stay current with the latest design standards, processes, and trends in the visual design field and adapt to new tools as business needs evolve Gather relevant information for each project, interpret stakeholder feedback, and ensure all deliverables communicate accurate information with minimal art direction   Required Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Visual Communications, Graphic Design, or Art School 7+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably within a marketing or communications agency environment High-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign Interactive, Illustrator, Photoshop) and advanced knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel Demonstrated expertise in fundamental graphic design principles and branding concepts Strong portfolio showcasing experience with real estate-related deliverables including maps, site plans, floor plans, and property marketing materials Excellent communication skills with proven ability to effectively convey concepts and ideas through written, drawn, and verbal means to stakeholders at all levels Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining exceptional attention to detail   Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with global and international clients Knowledge of video creation and animations using Adobe After Effects Prior experience as a mentor or lead designer providing guidance to junior team members Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving approach to design challenges Demonstrated ability to work independently as a self-starter while also excelling as a collaborative team player in a matrix organization Experience in the commercial real estate industry or related fields Familiarity with stakeholder
