The vision for our organization is to provide a unified data management layer to connect, discover, orchestrate and manage data assets. The organization will enable analytical, intelligent and data-driven capabilities across the SAP Intelligent Enterprise by automatically providing actionable insights within business processes. Our new team will enable this by focusing on topics such as the Infrastructure Cloud Monitoring, Hana integration as well as developing Kubernetes backing services.

Location:   Sofia, Bulgaria (office attendance 3 times a week is required)

Expected start date: asap   Possible schedule: 20/30/40 hours a week Student status is mandatory

Work on design and development of highly available cloud-based software that is usable, readable and testable

Learn modern and different technologies and languages like Python, ElasticSearch, Kibana, Logstash (ELK Stack), Grafana, Dynatrace and many others

Learn modern platforms such as Kubernetes and Cloud Foundry

Get hands-on experience with Big Data and AI, which SAP Business Data Cloud uses to provide deep insights and predictions, which go beyond human mind capabilities

Make real friends around the many development teams

We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

Student in Computer Science or equivalent

Good knowledge of at least one programming language like Java, C/C++, C#, Python, Go or similar

Good communication skills in English

Knowledge of basic data structures & algorithms as well as the basic OOP principles

Experience or interest in AI-assisted development

Willingness to learn new technologies, platforms and tools
