In this role, you'll be at the heart of high-volume hiring owning the end-to-end recruitment process, managing labor planning inputs, and driving hiring execution across our Egypt operations. You'll work closely with Operations, Finance, and HR teams to ensure we have the right people, in the right roles, at the right time. You'll dive deep into hiring data, track funnel performance, and spot trends before they become problems. Key job responsibilities - Executes labor demand planning by providing data inputs on applicant pipeline, conversion rates, attrition trends, and seasonal peaks (Ramadan, Prime, White Friday) to build staffing strategies that meet business demand across Egypt sites - Manages the end-to-end hiring process (direct hiring and/or agency collaboration), tracking hiring event schedules, forecasted attendance rates, and ensuring an suitable candidate experience at all stages - Monitors and optimizes candidate funnel performance including cycle time, conversion rates, and applicant pipeline metrics — identifying gaps and recommending actions to improve hiring efficiency - Produces and tracks daily, weekly, and monthly KPI reporting, conducting root cause analysis on discrepancies and escalating trends to the WFS Country Manager to support meeting and exceeding business SLAs - Collaborates with Site Leadership teams including Operations, Finance, and PXT to support labor requirements, assist in demand forecasting, and ensure alignment on hiring targets - Maintains relationships with internal and external stakeholders (agencies, site teams, vendors) to support long-term partnerships and coordinate on hiring status and temporary pool management - Supports cost-per-hire management through tracking labor acquisition, advertising, and talent acquisition costs; escalating budget concerns to the WFS Country Manager - Contributes to associate experience service levels by executing hiring activities with minimal defects and maintaining high candidate satisfaction standards - Ensures compliance with Egyptian Labor Law (Law No. 12 of 2003), Social Insurance regulations, and internal Amazon policies across all hiring and onboarding activities - Participates in and supports projects of varying scale, proactively proposing solutions to improve hiring processes and contributing to the WFS Country Manager's vision through data-driven execution
