Director, Customer Experience (IT)

Posting Date 08/07/2026 100 Spaulding DrSte 102, Marion, North Carolina, 28752-5115, United States of America The Director, Customer Experience (IT) is responsible for ensuring the de livery   of seamless customer experience across all stages and touchpoints in the   ITIL Service Lifecycle .   This position will lead the team of Customer Insights Managers and Analysts responsible for developing customer relationships/partnerships, helping leadership understand the experience of different customer types with IT services, and driving IT to improve customer experience and reduce customer incidents. This position will also lead the strategy initiatives to meet VP and CIO expectations.   ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES   1.   Create company-wide goals to improve customer experience.   2.   Lead carrying out VP and CIO expectations   3.   Build a streamlined customer experience across all departments while figuring out ways to increase customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.     4.   Collect and analyze data to make well-informed business decisions.   5.  Other duties as assigned.   What We’ll Provide:   More than just pay, our DaVita Rewards package connects teammates to what matters most. The Salary Range for the role is $98,000.00 - $155,000.00 per year.       If a candidate is hired, they will be paid at least the minimum wage according to their geographical jurisdiction and the exemption status for the position.
