Vice President, Deal Management - RFP/DDQ Writer

Vice President, Deal Management We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Deal Management to join our Asset Servicing Deal Management team. This role is located in Pune. In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: • Managing end-to-end delivery of Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and other client questionnaires for global Asset Servicing clients. • Drafting high quality first versions of questionnaire responses, supported by research and analysis. • Owning the overall completion of submissions, including coordination of inputs, reviews, approvals, and final sign-off. • Effectively managing stakeholders, timelines, and dependencies, working closely with internal business units and subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather and validate required information. To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: • A Master’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience in business management or a related field. • 8+ years of professional experience preferred, with experience in bid management and/or proposal development preferred. • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and confidently. • Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
