Your Impact
You will serve as the primary technical influencer, bridging the gap between customer business objectives and Cisco’s cutting-edge technology. You will lead strategic planning, design comprehensive solutions that displace competition, and mobilize cross-functional teams to land and expand opportunities. This role is exciting because you are at the center of innovation, shaping the technical strategy for our most important customers. Lead strategic account planning to identify growth opportunities and align technical roadmaps with customer objectives. Design and present complex, cross-architecture solutions that address specific business challenges for technical executives. Leverage advanced competitive market insights to differentiate Cisco solutions and increase market share. Direct cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and external partners to refine strategic alignment and elevate customer relationships. Lead demand generation and enablement campaigns while motivating extended teams to improve technical knowledge sharing.
Minimum Qualifications
7 years of related experience, Proven experience leading technical engagements with IT decision-makers and Lines of Business (LOB). Demonstrated success in designing and presenting cross-architecture technical solutions. Proven record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets through closed opportunities and new customer acquisition. Experience managing virtual support teams and utilizing sales resources to drive deal closure.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. Deep domain knowledge of Cisco’s portfolio and the competitive market landscape. Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate complex business needs into technical requirements. Proven ability to lead technical demonstrations and drive strategic solution conversations. Experience in cross-functional team leadership, mentorship, and driving educational initiatives. Why Cisco?
