NVIDIA is rapidly growing into new verticals, and we are seeking a visionary Developer Relations Senior Manager to broaden our impact. In this regional leadership role, you will champion Israel’s growing AI ecosystem, managing a high-performing team of Developer Relations Managers. You will lead technical projects in GenAI/ML application development, consumer internet, and embedded AI systems. Working at the crossroad of engineering, strategy, and community, you will promote NVIDIA’s hardware and SDK offerings. This role supports faster adoption of GPU-accelerated technologies by developers, startups, and ISVs. If you are a technically fierce, highly autonomous leader who thrives in a matrixed environment and wants to build the future of AI, let's talk. What You’ll Be Doing: Lead & Mentor: Guide, collaborate and encourage a regional team of Developer Relations Managers covering Israel's dynamic AI ecosystem. Drive Technical Strategy: Architect and complete a comprehensive developer adoption strategy for key industries, ensuring NVIDIA platforms remain the gold standard. Build Technical Alliances: Establish deep, positive relationships with CTOs, engineering leads, startups, and ISVs within the local ecosystem. Evangelize & Accelerate: Act as the ultimate technical mentor and focal point for the developer community. Help developers unlock the full value of NVIDIA’s SDKs and hardware to solve complex, real-world problems. Champion the Community: Lead NVIDIA’s presence at targeted developer events, hackathons, and industry activities. Bridge the Matrix: Collaborate across internal product divisions, sales geographies, solution architects, and marketing teams to align our local ecosystem strategy with global value messaging. What We Need To See: BS/MS in AI, Data Science, or a computer science-related field or equivalent experience. 10+ years of overall industry experience in software engineering, developer relations, technical partnerships, or related roles, including 4+ years of hands-on experience in AI and managing a technical team. Demonstrated experience managing technical collaborations, concentrating on AI. Strong interpersonal abilities with the capacity to simplify complex technical ideas for a range of technical and non-technical audiences, from engineers to executives. Proven ability to structure and implement complex technical engagements. You negotiate requirements, prioritize issues, and collaborate with internal or external customers across sales, legal, product, or marketing teams as needed. Ways to stand out from the crowd: Established Leadership: Background in directing technical teams and handling developer relations or community engineering initiatives. Deep AI/ML Domain Expertise: Strong technical competence in GenAI, machine learning frameworks, data science applications, or embedded systems. Ecosystem Influencer: Deeply connected to the Israeli tech and startup ecosystem. Matrix Navigator: Ability to function effectively and independently in a complex, fast-paced global matrix organization. Outstanding Communicator: Ability to simplify complex GPU architecture and SDK capabilities into compelling value propositions for developers and executive collaborators alike.
