Job Overview
Develops and monitors the organization's supply chain strategy and collaborates with vendors and suppliers to ensure all operations meet quality and safety standards. Your main tasks
Drive organizational transformations towards end-to-end supply chain responsibilities
Establish differentiated roles (SC Planner/ Materials Planning / Suppliers Planning) Train and develop staff Introduce SC KPI dashboard and performance management
Drive optimization projects to support the business and customer satisfaction. Analyze and track customer order pattern as basis for SC configuration and optimization of customer interface. Manage end-to-end optimization (SC configuration) and enhance team skills Monitor and manage performance by supply chain. Assure the expected service level to our customers. Manage and Optimize the Warehousing activities in collaboration with Global logistics team. Optimize Plant and finish goods inventory levels to reach corporate targets. Identify performance issues and drive performance improvements with the team in order to reach agreed targets Ensure appropriate parameter settings, system setup and system usage. Monitor DDps , suppliers capacities , identify capacity shortages and escalate proactively. Proactively approach other functions and supply chain partners for end-to-end optimization. Know the different H&S risks and environmental aspects related to the activity under your responsibility. Ensure compliance with the EHS instructions of your staff (wearing PPE, compliance with product MSDS, use of appropriate devices and equipment, etc.) Empower your staff to obtain feedback on EHS and environment malfunctions and anomalies, and informs the line manager and the EHS team. Your ideal Background
University degree or equivalent education (Management Engineering preferable) •Minimum 8 years experience in supply chain Management, Supply chain optimization and planning in comparable environment, close to manufacturing operations. •Proven experience in organizational transformation, team leadership and team development •Proven track record of supply chain improvements and related performance improvement results •Wide range of planning experience (Capacity planning, supply planning, fine scheduling) •Working experience with supply chain planning systems and ERP systems (e.g. SAP)
