What You’ll Do: As a Tool and Die Maker, you’ll be part of our team located in Willard, OH. You’ll get to:  Responsibilities / Authority: Coordinate schedules and follow up on assignments through completion. Build tools, dies, and fixtures as required for production.       Attend required internal and/or external safety classes and follow all safety rules.                                     Repair and recondition existing tools, fixtures, and dies as assigned.                       Perform machine work on components for new tools, fixtures, and dies as required.                                     Operate lift truck, cranes, welders and other equipment to perform Tool Room duties.                                     Train new apprentices as needed.                                     Maintain quality and production standards following all ISO and company procedures.                                     Recognize concerns and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.  Assist in the selection and development of Tool Room personnel.   Perform Tool Room tasks as assigned by Supervisor.
