Candidate shall lead a team of domain experts and collaborate with internal or external domain expert for developing prognostic solutions Candidate shall have hands on experience in sensor selection, integration, and condition monitoring solutions for a diversified product portfolio Shall build project proposals with detailed business case for different Dover businesses The candidate shall be responsible for identifying suitable sensors and configuration of DAQ architecture for condition-based monitoring and predicting remaining useful life. Candidate shall be able to develop system level prognostics solutions using either a data driven, or physics driven model. Candidate shall have Data analytics skill with hands in AI and ML The candidate shall be responsible for setting up physical facilities, developing prognostic competency, preparing the project proposals to different Dover businesses. Should have hands on experience and willing to physical work in the lab to research and take ownership in deliver the possible solution/s. Ready to collaborate with knowledge partners (Universities, Research labs, etc), Vendors, Subject Matter experts. Shall be consulting with internal stakeholders to determine the scope of the research projects. Shall identify the required infrastructure for a given project & make it available (internal or external based on economically viability and usability) Shall own up the overall deliverables of team Shall optimize the final solution - technically feasible, economically viable, scalable for manufacturing, user friendly for a given application / product. Shall document all the process & update the leader. Shall demonstrate the program management skills and coordinate different activities under prognostic vertical, interact with different stakeholders/customer to strengthen the project pipeline. Shall have up to date knowledge on the ongoing research in the given area at peer industries, academia, competitor’s IP, product offerings etc.
Must Have skills: Prognostics & condition monitoring - capabilities and skills
Experience with condition monitoring solutions for different mechanical and electromechanical system. Experience with developing AI and ML model. Experience with temperature, pressure, strain, composition, vibration, current, noise sensors and different sensor technologies Experience with setting up labs and facilities for data acquisition. Experience with DAQ and microcontroller.
