 We are looking for an experienced DELMIA Ortems (APS) Lead Analyst to drive the design, implementation, and optimisation of advanced production planning and scheduling solutions. In this role, you will work closely with manufacturing, supply chain, and IT teams to configure and enhance Ortems solutions that improve production efficiency, capacity utilisation, and operational performance. You will lead the technical delivery of APS initiatives, from requirements gathering and solution design through implementation, testing, and user adoption.     Lead the implementation and enhancement of DELMIA Ortems (APS) solutions. Design and configure production scheduling, capacity planning, and resource management processes. Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyse requirements and translate them into effective planning solutions. Develop and optimise scheduling models, business rules, and planning scenarios. Support integration between APS, ERP, MES, and other enterprise systems. Drive solution testing, validation, performance optimisation, and continuous improvement. Provide technical leadership throughout the full solution lifecycle, from design to go-live and support. Create and maintain functional and technical documentation. Partner with global teams to deliver scalable, high-quality manufacturing planning solutions.   Qualifications and Skills: 
   Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or a related field. Fluent business English, knowledge of local languages is very nice to have Substantial professional experience, including at least 2 years working with DELMIA Ortems. Proven experience delivering Advanced Planning & Scheduling (APS) solutions in manufacturing environments.   Strong knowledge of: Production Scheduling Capacity Planning Resource Management Constraint-based Planning What-if Scenario Simulation Hands-on experience configuring and implementing DELMIA Ortems solutions. Good understanding of SQL Server, data modelling, and system integrations. Experience integrating APS solutions with ERP and MES platforms. Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and DevOps practices. Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.

Nice to have

Experience with manufacturing transformation or Industry 4.0 initiatives. Knowledge of APIs, cloud-based solutions, and enterprise architecture. Previous experience leading global or cross-functional project teams.   What we offer:
