Ammonia Terminal Operator The Terminal Operator (Ammonia) will be responsible for ensuring safe operations which include loading ammonia trucks, unloading ammonia from vessels, as well as general operation and maintenance at Mosaic’s Non-Union Distribution Ammonia Facilities. Where you will work: Primary onsite location: 4873 Port Sutton Rd., Tampa, FL 33619 Work Schedule : DuPont schedule- 4 days on, 7 off, 4 nights on, 3 off, 3 days on, 1 day off, 3 nights on, 3 off. 12-hour shifts (6am/pm to 6am/pm) with overtime as needed. What you’ll do: Demonstrate commitment to environmental, health, and safety by complying with all EHS policies by wearing proper PPE, reporting unsafe work conditions and/or accidents promptly, participating in all safety meetings, audits, and training. Exhibit positive behavioral qualities such as teamwork, dependability, adaptability, and accountability. Through the progression program, train and demonstrate competency in all standard operating procedures (SOPs). Through the progression program, train and demonstrate competency in all maintenance procedures and mobile equipment operations. Perform routine inspections and monitor conditions with ability to identify abnormal conditions and troubleshoot basic root causes. Maintain accurate records in compliance with regulatory requirements and internal audits. Committed to continuous improvement in operational efficiency and reliability. What you’ll need: High school diploma or GED certificate preferred (tech school a plus). Experience in Chemical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Operations is highly preferred. Basic technology skills are required, familiar with MS Office applications and phone applications. Valid driver’s license. Able to obtain Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC). Maintain clean work environment and comply with all safety and environmental policies. Demonstrate skills to operate equipment following Standard Operating Procedures. Physical work environment is occasionally outdoors with exposure to varying degrees of hot and cold environments. Preferred experience of 1 – 2 years’ experience working in Industrial/Manufacturing or Ammonia Operations setting, operating mobile equipment of industrial and/or mechanical experience.
