This role will be part of Global Shared Services based in Buenos Aires, Argentina. The Contracts & Legal Operations Specialist is a motivated, collaborative team player who supports initiatives and analytics that assist the NAMER collection litigation, settlements, and contracts compliance teams in overseeing and planning their business activity. This role will play a key leadership role in delivering data-driven insights to senior leadership, leveraging analytics and quantitative analysis to drive decisions and strategic action. The ideal candidate excels in a fast-paced environment and can assume ownership of and lead assignments autonomously with demonstrated cross-functional leadership abilities. This brings together contract expertise with analytical responsibilities, helping to improve efficiency, manage legal workflows, maintain records, and support strategic initiatives across the organization. What you'll do
Own NAMER collection litigation support, analytics, and settlement management reporting functions:
Develop and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and reporting metrics to monitor payments, forecast accuracy, litigation trends, and potential risks, to deliver actionable insights to leadership. Conduct analytics to support effective management across the full franchise lifecycle, from termination through settlement and from settlement activity through handoff to legal partners. Partner with legal & settlements teams to evaluate and track settlement probability against litigation cost, ensuring all stakeholders are positioned to make informed decisions around matter resolution. Coordinate and monitor collection litigation-related payments to ensure timely processing, accuracy, and proper recordkeeping. Track legal settlements and collection activity.
Assist with legal matter administration and governance
Prepare litigation support packages for legal handoff, including account balances, prior negotiations, supporting documentation, and franchisee communication history. Support recurring governance meetings by coordinating logistics, preparing materials, and developing reporting to drive productive conversations. Ensure our systems are ready and accurate to track case notes and matter documentation within the legal department’s system of record throughout the lifecycle of litigation matters.
Contract interpretation and contracts compliance support
Review, analyze, and assist in interpreting contractual obligations, rights, remedies, and performance requirements to support business and legal decision-making. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to identify potential contractual non-compliance, defaults, breaches, and operational risks. Conduct due diligence and gather supporting documentation related to contractual disputes,
