The Global Agency & Marketing Operations (GAMO) Advisor, as part of the EMPS Finished Lubricants team, is responsible for providing marketing operations support across several marketing programs. The position must direct business/projects on agency oversight and compliance, marcom spend optimization, agency operating model strategies, and cross-value chain best practices sharing. This role will also frequently interact with and manage agencies and vendors as well as have significant interaction with multiple markets and business units across the Fuels and Lubricants businesses within EMPS. This role is located in Spring, TX and works under the day to day direction of the Global Agency & Marketing Operations manager What you will do
Agency management compliance across fuels & lubes: owns audits, contract compliance reviews, third party invoice verification, acts as liaison between agency, controllers/auditors, and business units to ensure processes are followed and understood. Agency management: performance assessment and agency support. Owns agency evaluation surveys including design, execution, communication & follow up for each business unit. Generates insights/lessons-learned and ensures solution implementation as well as cross-market best practice sharing. Cross Value Chain (CVC) Network Coordination: responsible for curating and managing CVC meetings (content, presentations, follow-ups), including annual meeting. Fuels & Lubes Marketing Communications & Agency Management Training Owner - Responsible for developing annual training calendar based on assessed gaps and operations / process improvements including training content owner and selecting training delivery. Marketing communications documentation owner: controls catalog, planning templates, marketing content
